ADAM COUTTS

Adam has been the creative and strategic brain behind a plethora of Australasia’s most successful advertising and marketing communications campaigns.

A highly awarded Copywriter, Creative Director and Brand Strategist, Adam has held senior Creative & Board positions with some of the world's largest communications groups. Adam was just 21 when he travelled to New Zealand to take up the position of Creative & Board Director of Ogilvy & Mather – one of the world’s largest and most successful advertising agencies. At the age of 23 he returned to Sydney to set up one of the country's first integrated advertising agencies, encompassing below-the-line, above-the-line, PR/Publicity, sales promotion and event & sponsorship management.

Prior to creating The RED DIsc, Adam’s focus was assisting a select group of property developers and agents with the heavyweight business, marketing and communications strategy advice and hands-on experience they needed to overcome the challenges of the early years of growth. Working with marketing budgets that could be raised on a modest credit card limit, Adam developed new ways to reach both mass and finite property buyers by using traditional media in new ways and new media in traditional ways.

Adam is renowned for his creative brilliance and ability to think strategically and laterally.


JENNY HANSON

Jenny was the first ever female in Sales at the Xerox Corporation in Australia, and the first female ever to be included in the Corporation’s world-renowned management training program.

From Xerox, Jenny went to Encyclopaedia Britannica where she was responsible for a multitude of subsequent firsts in developing and implementing many of Australia’s largest and most successful major retail programs over 17 years as National Marketing and Events Manager.

After Britannica, Jenny trained in Personal Branding under the world’s foremost Personal Branding Consultant and soon after, bought the company and led a team of over 100 consultants throughout Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. Quickly becoming the spokesperson for the Fashion and Image industry Jenny has been regularly quoted in the media all over the country.

Jenny is also a long-term property investor and developer.
